The DN6000 Real Time Analyser (conforming to the Type 1 requirements of
IEC804: 1985 - Standard Specification for Integrating / averaging sound level
meters), offers time and frequency analysis facilities to rival units costing
many times more.
Supplied with a 6051 microphone (to which each unit is individually
calibrated), DN6000 operates in many modes. Real time frequency analysis, with
peak hold and A / C weighting is available in 1/3 and 1/6 octave resolutions,
along with real time frequency specific SPL reading via a moveable cursor.
The microphone input can be trimmed externally to suit other microphones, and
the unit's dual line inputs can provide stereo or mono in-line monitoring.
The user can conduct timed analyses of between 25ms and 180 hours, then apply
RT60, LeQ, LeQ and delay time measurements to them. 66 non-volatile user
memories are provided, and it is possible to compare a stored analysis with the
current reading.
DN6000 features an onboard print driver which allows the user to print
directly to a compatible printer. It is also fitted with a serial port for
connection to a PC so that any print function can be displayed on a computer
screen and then printed from there if required.
